All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using your original payment method. If you are purchasing a product that is on ‘pre-order’ the date of shipping will be displayed on the product description.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of receipt during non-peak times or seasons. In peak seasons please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number. Reference the below charts for further information on costs and shipping times. Please note: if you place multiple orders within the same time period, we may combine them into one shipment. This only applies to orders placed with the same account, shipping address, and delivery time.
If the delivery address is outside the EU VAT area, some extra costs may apply.
Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we have a 14 day return policy for all products at Viking Discs. Here are a few details if you’re making a return:
If you conclude your purchase is not a good fit or that you would prefer a different size/weight, product or refund instead, we welcome you to request a return authorization following steps below. Once the below information has been received, we can then approve your return and provide you with the return slip.
Be advised that returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and items must be returned in their original condition (if a disc has been thrown, or item used, we can not accept returns). If used items are returned a partial refund may be given.
1) Please go to our Contact us page and fill all the information including your order number. Select "Return" as a subject and tell us that you liked to return our order in "Message" section.
2) Once we have received your return request, we can then approve your return and provide you with the return slip. You will then be able to print a return shipping label. Print the shipping label, affix it to your package and drop it off at your local DHL service point! Please note that You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3) When we receive your return package we will process a refund within 2 weeks of receipt in accordance with our policies.
